Every other module takes a view. This one does not: it quotes 4% either side of a busy sports market and collects whatever crosses it. Its opinion is about traffic, not outcomes, so it wants markets turning over at least 2,000 mana a day near the event. It is off in this version and quoting nothing.

A resting quote nobody crosses is not a fill, and this module's older paper history recorded resting quotes as instant fills at the quoted price. Any figure below that predates that fix is fiction, not a conservative estimate. Its inventory cap was also memory-only until recently, so a restart forgot the exposure — which is why this module is held out of production while the rest run.
